Amit Pandey

Amit Pandey is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience across public and private equity-backed firms, particularly in fintech, cannabis, energy, and consumer goods. He currently serves as CFO of MedMen, where he is leading a restructuring and asset sales. Previously, Amit held roles as EVP of Finance and Interim Global CFO at Clever Leaves, a global cannabis firm, which he had guided through a public listing on NASDAQ. Before that, he served as CFO of PayCommerce, a private-equity-backed global fintech firm, where he led the company through a strategic exit. Amit has extensive experience in financial reporting, capital raises, operational restructuring, M&A, and IPO readiness, with a strong record in cost-saving initiatives, regulatory compliance, and cross-border financial operations. He holds a Master’s in Business Analytics and is a licensed CPA.
