Campus Construction and Expansion: Provide end-to-end support for new datacenter campuses and expansion of existing facilities, including planning, infrastructure deployment, construction coordination, and technology enablement. Support phased development strategies designed to accommodate future capacity, resiliency, connectivity, and operational requirements.
Civil and Site Development: Deliver civil and site development services including site preparation, grading, drainage, underground utilities, access roads, foundations, and supporting infrastructure. Coordinate site activities with engineering, utility, environmental, and construction requirements to prepare facilities for datacenter deployment.
Construction Management: Provide construction management services covering project planning, scheduling, contractor coordination, cost control, quality assurance, safety, risk management, and progress reporting. Coordinate technology, facilities, utility, and construction workstreams from preconstruction through commissioning and project closeout.
Core and Shell Construction: Support construction of the datacenter's core building structure and shell, including foundations, structural systems, roofing, exterior enclosures, utility pathways, and building infrastructure. Coordinate construction to accommodate critical power, cooling, telecommunications, security, and future data hall requirements.
Data Hall Construction: Build and enable high-density data halls with the electrical, mechanical, cabling, containment, security, and supporting infrastructure required for mission-critical IT environments. Support modular and phased deployments designed around equipment density, resiliency, cooling, scalability, and operational availability.
Fiber and OSP Installation: Design and install fiber-optic and Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure connecting datacenter buildings, carrier networks, utility pathways, and campus facilities. Services include conduit installation, fiber placement, splicing, termination, testing, documentation, and redundant pathway implementation.
ISP Services – Broadband and Data Circuits: Coordinate and deploy Internet Service Provider connectivity, broadband services, dedicated data circuits, and carrier connections supporting datacenter operations. Manage circuit procurement, installation, demarcation extensions, testing, activation, troubleshooting, and ongoing carrier coordination.
Power Delivery and Grid Interconnection: Support utility power delivery and grid interconnection requirements for high-capacity datacenter environments, including planning, engineering coordination, and infrastructure implementation. Facilitate integration of utility feeds, substations, transformers, switchgear, backup power, and redundant distribution architectures.
Procurement of IT Hardware and Equipment: Provide procurement and logistics support for servers, storage, networking, security, power, cabling, racks, and other datacenter hardware and equipment. Coordinate multi-vendor sourcing, configuration requirements, delivery schedules, inventory, warranties, and lifecycle requirements.
Servers, Network Equipment Rack and Stack: Perform rack-and-stack services for servers, storage systems, switches, routers, security appliances, and other datacenter equipment. Services include equipment installation, structured cabling, power connections, labeling, configuration support, validation, testing, and documentation.
Site Infrastructure Enablement Works: Deliver enabling works required to prepare datacenter sites for vertical construction, technology installation, utility services, and ongoing operations. Activities may include temporary utilities, site access, underground pathways, equipment staging, telecommunications infrastructure, and coordination of permanent site services.
Substations, Transmission and Distribution: Support development and integration of substations and electrical transmission and distribution infrastructure required for large-scale datacenter power demands. Coordinate utility, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities to deliver resilient and scalable electrical capacity.
